Hello Family Campers and Summer Guests,
I wanted to introduce myself and also share some small changes we are making in the registration process in 2017.
My name is Erik Arvidson and I am the new Guest Services Staff at Pilgrim Pines. I grew up locally near Pilgrim Pines and have always had a passion for ministry. I am excited to be a part of this great team and am excited to serve you while you are here. I am your Family Camp contact and am here to answer any questions you may have along the way.
I am making a change this year regarding how Family Camp information is shared. Traditionally, a letter is sent out in February containing your up-to-date invoice and accommodations still available for summer 2017. This is normally sent out early to mid-February with a 2nd deposit deadline of February 28th. This year, you will receive this same information via email. You will receive the same letter with your invoice and open accommodations, but by sending it out via email, we hope to accomplish a couple of things:
1. It will save camp money on paper and postage.
2. It will allow you to respond automatically to me with questions and comments.
3. You can still print out a copy of the information if you prefer a hard copy.
For those of you who do not have an email address or would prefer to still receive a hard copy, please contact me and I can accommodate your request.
