what

Winterfest is more than just another weekend retreat – it’s an experience! It’s an all-inclusive event providing food, lodging, recreational activities, teaching and an amazing program.  It’s an incredible weekend of worship, new & old friends, 40 person hot tub, 3 - 800 ft. zip lines, climbing wall, great food, disc golf, giant inflatables, giveaways, awesome seminars, games & prizes. An amazing weekend that you will never forget!

how

You must register with a church group.  Individual registrations without a church group will not be accepted.  You will be prompted to register with a specific church group during the online registration process.

Would your senior high student enjoy attending Winterfest but they don’t have a church or youth group to go with? Pilgrim Pines is providing Camp Squanto counselors to chaperone students who wouldn't otherwise have the opportunity to attend Winterfest!

This opportunity is only available to individuals who aren't part of a church or youth group that is participating in Winterfest this year. If you have the ability to attend with your church or youth group, we encourage you to attend with them.

Register for Winterfest and if you don’t have a church to attend with, select “Pilgrim Pines Chaperons” in the church drop-down menu.

Families will be responsible for transportation to and from Lake Champion. Please contact us at squanto@pilgrimpines.org with any questions.

Our speaker for the weekend: Rev. Micheal Carrion

Rev. Dr. Michael Carrion serves as the Senior Pastor and General Overseer of the Promised Land Covenant Churches located in the North and South Bronx. He also serves as the Regional Coach for Church Planting and Development for the East Coast Conference. Pastor Mike is a Winterfest favorite as he has spoken several times before. Mike has a very easy and approachable style of speaking. He is willing to be vulnerable and uses humor as he shares his own struggles and victories throughout his life. Don’t miss this opportunity to hang with Pastor Mike!

WINTERFEST BAND: Chasing the Light

After a three-year hiatus and the departure of two band members in 2021, Chasing the Light regrouped with a focus and passion that was evident in their returning single “Now I’m Living.” Recorded in a time of uncertainty, “Now I’m Living” brings a message of hope and grace. Musically, the band uses big vocal hooks and modern production elements to showcase a fresh, new sound which has garnered the song over one million streams online.“ Chasing the Light presents the poise and production of industry veterans... they’ve given Christian music fans songs that will sound familiar but fresh.” - Marcus Hathcock, New Release Today.
After opening for and touring with several notable artists in the Christian music industry (Unspoken, Finding Favor, Remedy Drive) as well as performing at some of the largest Christian music festivals in the states, members Nate DeLeon and Abe Stephens took time to focus on their music production skills. Since their return, the duo have independently released four singles including the high-energy collaboration with LVRD "New Sound". The group has since added guitarist Evan LaFountain to round out the band as a three-piece and are currently working on recording a new full-length album for 2024. They are excited to join the Winterfest team!
