Dear Friends,

Greetings from Swanzey Lake! And on behalf of all of us here at Pilgrim Pines, thank you for your participation, prayer, and support throughout this incredible year of ministry!

In 2018, we served hundreds of campers, equipped over seventy summer staff to use their gifts for the Kingdom, encouraged over fourteen hundred family campers in their walk with Jesus, and hosted thousands of retreat and guest group individuals. And we celebrated 60 years of ministry!

Today, I write to ask for your help in finishing well as we seek to close out this amazing year with strength. As our year draws to a close, we are thankful for all that God has done in our ministry and now set our sights on the bright future of Pilgrim Pines. Your participation is vital.

Our world needs places like Pilgrim Pines, where kids can take next steps of faith, where young adults can safely explore their faith and seek a call to ministry and where individuals and families come together in God’s creation.

We work hard to be faithful with the resources generated by operations; however, to continue to see our programs develop, our facilities cared for with excellence, and our staff flourish, we need your ongoing support. Your trust and generosity matter deeply as we serve and continue to move this ministry forward. I do realize we have another appeal called The Match Fund, out to you right now, an appeal that is above and beyond regular giving. This year, our regular operating budget includes and depends upon $285,000 of general giving in order to support our programs, staff, and facilities.

The mission is alive, the need is real, and your choice to support Pilgrim Pines with a cash or stock donation will go directly to programs that change lives for Christ. Join me in giving back financially this year to a ministry that has given so much to so many. A gift can be made by returning the enclosed envelope, visiting us online at, or calling me directly at 603.352.0443.

With gratitude from all of us at the Pines,
