Early Bird Special - Pay entire camp fee by March 1, 2010 and receive $25 off your camp fee. (Pathfinders receive a $15 discount.)

Family Pack - Families with 2 or more children attending camp can save! 1st child pays full price and any additional child will receive a $50 discount.

New Buddy - When a camper who has previously attended Camp Squanto brings someone new, the new buddy pays full price and the experienced camper receives $25 off the camp fee. Please send in both forms together. See misc. info below.

Introducing Tiered Pricing

Pilgrim Pines realizes that families have differing abilities to pay for camp and has introduced a voluntary tiered pricing program so that all families have the opportunity to attend camp. You will find three tiers of pay below. Tier A is a ministry enabling rate. Tier B is the 2010 full-session rate (actual cost), and Tier C is a partially subsidized rate to help families that cannot afford the full rate. Since each rate provides for the same level of Camp Squanto excellence, simply choose to pay the rate that is appropriate for your family. While we would encourage you to pay as high a tier as your family is capable, our primary concern is that your child(ren) be able to attend camp.

Parent or Guardian Agreement
I give full permission for my child to attend camp and to participate in all phases of the program. I do understand that my $75 deposit is nonrefundable and nontransferable. I also agree to pay the balance of my child's camp fee no later than June 1, 2010. I understand that a physician must have completed a health history form in the past year and a physical within the past two years. I understand that, on occasion, campers may participate in off-site field trips. I understand that Camp Squanto will provide transportation to and from said field trip sites, and every effort will be made to protect and safeguard all campers. Therefore, I agree not to hold the East Coast Conference or its agents liable for any illness or any mishap from any cause whatsoever which may be sustained. I also give the camp authority to deal with problems of discipline. I understand that any camper disregarding camp rules is subject to being sent home with no refund of their camp fee. Likewise, any camper who willfully destroys or defaces any property will be held responsible and charged accordingly. I authorize Camp Squanto to take and use photographs, slides and videotape of my child without compensation for the purpose of promotion.
